Join the Structure.Community
Fall Summit

Thirty experienced community leaders. One room. No panels.

An invitation-only gathering of senior community and ecosystem leaders, working through the problems that do not have playbooks yet.

Friday, October 23 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
San Francisco, CA

WHAT THIS IS

Structure.Community summits are working sessions, not conferences. No keynotes, no vendor booths, no panel of five people agreeing with each other. 30 senior practitioners in a room for a day, doing actual work on problems that matter to all of them.

The format is simple: A case study or real examples to frame each topic, then structured working time, then peer pressure-testing. You will leave with things you can use and a short list of people worth calling when you get stuck.

WHAT WE ARE WORKING ON

The Future of Community

The practice, the experience, and what has to exist underneath both. Community work is being reshaped by AI at the same moment the platforms that carried it for fifteen years are losing their grip. We take on the full picture: what the practice becomes, what the member experience should feel like, and what still needs to be built to realize the full potential of human connection in the age of AI.

Applied Community AI

We opened this topic at the Winter Summit. Now we go deeper into practice. Real deployments, real constraints, real results. Bring your pilots, your screenshots, and the thing you tried that quietly did not work. This sector of practice is moving faster than anyone's documentation, so the room is the best source available.

Connecting Community and Member Value to Business Value

A new way to link what community produces to what the business counts, built on leading-edge research from Bain and Reichheld. Less about proving that community matters, more about describing it in terms your CFO already uses.

A New Framework for Member Development

The most valuable thing an enterprise community can do is help its members develop and grow, professionally and personally. Most current strategies are a disjointed mix of gamification, reputation, and recognition. A strategic approach to member development can be a catalyst for growth across your ecosystem. It is also the hardest thing for a competitor to copy.

WHO IS IN THE ROOM

This is a peer group, so fit matters more than volume. You are likely a good fit if:

  • You have seven or more years designing, leading, or measuring community and ecosystem programs

  • You are currently accountable for a program inside a substantial organization

  • You are working on at least one of the four topics right now, not just interested in it

  • You are skeptical of platform-first thinking and curious about what replaces it

  • You are willing to talk about what has not worked as openly as what has

Typical titles: VP Community, Head of Community, Director of Customer Marketing, Director of Ecosystem, CCO, and the equivalent roles that go by other names inside your company.

HOW SELECTION WORKS

The Summit is curated and invitation-based. We build the room deliberately, selecting participants for relevant experience, philosophy, and current role, and balancing across industries, company sizes, and points of view.

Applying is not registering. Every application is read. If we cannot make room for you this time, we will say so directly and keep you close for the next one.

PARTNER/VENDOR POLICY Select platform and service partners participate by invitation, as industry peers, under the same terms as brand-side leaders. Vendors and consultants outside that partner group are not invited. This is a practitioner room, not a sales channel.
