Structure.Community An invitation-only network

Gather with leaders committed to building communities worth belonging to.

Our digital environments are in a constant state of change, yet most online community practice is still rooted in Web 1.0. Structure.Community is a multidisciplinary network of senior leaders exploring new ideas, practices, and technologies for building better community experiences.

* 6 billion people have internet access globally. The practice that connects them hasn’t kept pace.

Structure.Community
For years we’ve seen the value of organizing Structure.Community, an invitation-based, mastermind group of community and community-skilled leaders.

Structure.Community is a gathering of community and community-skilled leaders to share current challenges, cross-pollinate solutions, gain perspective from adjacent sectors, and showcase inspirational work and outcomes.

Structure.Community convenes monthly online for campfire sessions, meets in-person twice a year, and is developing a strategy and planning retreat for Q4 of 2026.

Structure.Community may be a good fit for you if:
* You have 7 (or more) years of experience in crafting experiences that connect people online and/or in-person
* You are unable to find a multidisciplinary networking group that is centered on (but not exclusive to) community leadership
* Community skills are part of a range of tools in your practice - you may not identify as a “community professional” (and that is ok!)
* You are interested in learning from peers in other related disciplines
